Creator Program Terms

The short version. Apply, and if we approve you, you get a personal code. Your followers save 10% with it, and you earn 15% of every order made with it. You also get 50% off one tee for yourself. Be honest, always label your posts as a paid partnership or #ad, and don't post your code on coupon or deal sites. We pay monthly once you reach $100, or you can turn $30 of your balance into a free tee.

1. Who these terms are between

These Creator Program Terms ("Creator Terms") are an agreement between you and Liat Boyko Ovadia, a sole trader (עוסק מורשה) registered in Israel under number 037340031, of House 119, Shoval 85300, Israel, trading as "TishMash" ("TishMash," "we," "us"). They govern your participation in the TishMash Creator Program (the "Program"). Our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply. If they conflict with these Creator Terms on anything about the Program, these Creator Terms win.

We may transfer this agreement to a company or business that takes over TishMash. Your rights under it, including any approved commission, carry over.

2. Who can join

  • You must be at least 18 and live in the United States.
  • You need a public Instagram or TikTok account that you own and run yourself.
  • Every application is reviewed by our team. We may accept or decline any application, and we don't have to give a reason.
  • The information in your application must be true and kept up to date, including your email and payout details.

3. Your codes

When we approve you, you get:

  • A personal follower code (for example MAYA10). Anyone who uses it at checkout gets 10% off their order. The code is yours alone; don't share it with other creators or let anyone else promote it as theirs.
  • A one-time creator code for 50% off one tee for yourself. You don't have to post anything to use it. It's single-use and can't be combined with your follower code.

We may change the follower discount in the future. We'll tell you by email at least 14 days before.

From time to time we may offer some creators extra perks, such as a free tee or a video made with their dog. Those are agreed separately, in writing, case by case.

4. Commission

  • You earn 15% of the order subtotal for every order placed with your follower code. The subtotal is the price of the products after discounts, not including shipping, taxes, or tips.
  • Your code is the only basis for commission. An order earns you commission only if your follower code is applied to it when it's paid. Clicks, visits, links and analytics never earn commission on their own. If a paid order has no code, or another creator's code, it isn't yours.
  • Commission becomes approved 14 days after the order. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back during that time, or later, its commission is removed or deducted from your balance.
  • No commission is paid on:
    • orders you place with your own follower code, for yourself or for others;
    • orders from channels these terms don't allow (see section 6);
    • orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or placed to earn commission rather than to buy.

5. Payouts

  • We pay once a month, by the 15th, for commission approved in the previous month, as long as your approved balance is at least $100. A lower balance carries over to the next month.
  • Payment is by US bank transfer or PayPal, to the details in your creator dashboard. We aren't responsible for payments sent to details you gave us that turn out to be wrong.
  • Or a tee instead: at any time you can turn $30 of your approved balance into a single-use code for one tee in our shop. Shipping isn't included.

6. How you promote

Always disclose. Every post, story or video that mentions TishMash must clearly show that you have a paid relationship with us:

  • use the platform's paid-partnership label, or put #ad (or #TishMashPartner) at the start of your caption, not buried among other hashtags;
  • in videos, also say it or show it on screen.

This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, and by Instagram and TikTok.

Be honest.

  • Share your real experience.
  • Don't make claims about TishMash that aren't on our website, such as prices, delivery times, or promises about quality or results.
  • Don't present yourself as TishMash or as speaking on our behalf.

Not allowed:

  • posting your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites, browser extensions, deal forums, or any channel whose main purpose is collecting discount codes;
  • bidding on "TishMash" or similar terms in paid search ads, or registering domains or social handles that include our name;
  • spam, fake engagement, bought followers, or misleading ads;
  • content that is hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, or aimed at children;
  • using photos of other people's pets or people without their permission.

7. Your content

  • You own the content you create.
  • When you post content about TishMash and tag us, you allow us to repost or share it, with credit to you, on our own social accounts and website. This permission is free, non-exclusive, and lasts for as long as the post stays on our accounts.
  • We will not use your content in paid ads, or edit it beyond cropping and captions, without your separate written OK.

The tees you design in our app are covered by our general Terms & Conditions, like any customer's design.

8. Our name and brand

You may use the TishMash name and the materials we give you only to promote the Program, and only in line with these Creator Terms. That permission ends when your participation ends.

9. Taxes and independence

  • You're an independent creator, not our employee, agent or partner.
  • You're responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
  • If the law requires us to collect tax information from you before paying, we'll ask for it, and we may hold payouts until we receive it.

10. Ending your participation

  • Either of us can end your participation at any time by email.
  • When it ends, your codes stop working.
  • We'll pay any approved balance at or above $100 within 30 days. If it's lower, you can turn it into tee codes.
  • If we end it because you broke these Creator Terms, we may cancel any commission connected to the breach.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Creator Terms. We'll email you at least 14 days before a change that affects your commission or payouts. Continuing in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you don't, you can leave the Program at any time.

12. No guarantees, and limits

  • We don't promise any level of sales or earnings.
  • The Program and the dashboard are provided as they are, and we may change or end the Program.
  • If we end it, we'll pay approved commission as described in section 10.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these Creator Terms is limited to the commission you earned in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Law and disputes

These Creator Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Southern District (Be'er Sheva), Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any rights you have under mandatory law where you live.
